The Csa have emptied my bank account without any warning. They also made it quite clear in court that they can see all activity in that account. The bank is also allowed to make a £55 charge for doing the dirty deed.0

If it has emptied an account it is not linked to the assessed amount to pay - they will be recovering arrears already calculated and due.0
