but a deo on a bank account wouldnt work, the account would need to to be frozen first. but then the account holder would just not pay anymore funds in, so that really wouldnt work

Agreed...
If a nrp is bloody minded enough to make things difficult for the csa then not funding the bank account that the deo is imposed on, will probably be the first course of action.

If they have wages in this context then the CSA will just go to there employer direct. the new legislation is aimed at SE they need there own bank account to opperate.0 -

I cant help with details here as never been on BE I would have thought that they would have had a bankaccount of sorts somewhere! Failing that were do they keep the money?0

Even if they do, if they have arrears the DEO can still be put in place. Criminal compliance should be able to see any income paid into the bank to decide if there is a case.0
