Orange Overcharging
Hi
I have only recently noticed that orange have been overcharging on VAT (at the old 17.5% rate)and putting on a non-direct debit charge long after direct debits have been set up. Im sure im not the only one this has been happening to!
I have had nothing but problems with orange since i joined their network and would love to leave...wondering now if this invalidates their contract?!
