    Ohh, Spudly. Sounds painful.

I'm taking DD to the Dr at noon-we're still having 'toilet' issues and need to rule out that it's not a medical problem and want some help on how to deal with it. Also need to get my hormones sorted...

Squirrely-I know. I am a slave to ironing...

I bought a new iron a few months ago and I think I've used it 2 or 3 times, only got a few things that really need ironed every time. Or maybe I'm just a scruff :o

I'm back from the doc. She thinks it's hip bursitis. No treatment other than rest at the moment, no more training but she's happy for me to do the walk as long as I take it easy

Oh, and new antihistamines for the itching :o

    ouch...

i'm glad you can do the walk though... it'll be great! Add to your list plenty pain killers for before and after........

    then plenty rest....
