Cleaning the grout between bathroom tiles!!

I think my mum uses vinegar,it works a treat but the smell isnt too good. she has also done a paste of bleach and washing powder both work pretty well.
If only we could stop the silicone sealent from going manky.
Re grouting shouldt cost too much either, scrape the old stuff out and stick loads on a flexible spreader and spread it all over so it goes in the gaps, no messing about filling the gaps spread it and it finds its own way in and looks good. The tiles need polishing once it has dried to remove the excess grout.0 -
My mum painted the grouting in our bathroom royal blue to match the walls. It was a nice contrast to the white tiles and stopped it from going grey and looking manky.0
