It really would help if you read posts properly, I didn't say you hadn't met him, nor indeed that I have met him so not exactly "gobbing" off as you so politely put it.

You really want to try reading the rules and in particular this post by Martin...

Its fairly clear you have no idea of the ethos of Martin and certainly not this site, despite the Forum Etiquette posted on every page.

what? are you for real....? Ermmm, look around you - the abuse from some people and you start on me - what did I say wrong exactly?? Yet again, the only time we ever communicate is when you hijack my reply post with abuse.

Hahaha - you've just proved what victimisation means! Did you bypass this abusive one to chase me down again...? #6

    Pathetic.

I totally agree - wonderful society of irresponsible lending we live in - then the usual mob on here get on their high horses moaning at us for 'ripping off the banks' but all the while the banks are the idiots throwing money at people who clearly cannot pay it back (not your DH - in general)

Just remind him that it's all very well doing this but any debt can be taken from his estate upon death so make sure everything is in ermmm, your name long before then!

He'd only do that if I wasn't around i.e. if I'd departed this mortal coil first. He doesn't want to leave any estate on his death, if he could spend his last penny the day before, he would do.

  • 80 years old? no assetts? bankruptcy would be the best option I think, she needs to speak to a local insolvency practioner to help her do this or go to the county court, a dmp will take forever to pay, def bankruptcy all over it:eek: she could not get an iva because of her age.

An insolvency practitioner would only assist with IVAs?
