Sky want me to pay £60 installation when I don't need it installing??!!

I had a run-in with Sky a while back and downgraded my service by more than the cost they were charging me.
They get less revenue and I don't miss the Movies, Disney and Sports (and "Sports" turned out to be mostly poker and other rubbish anyway).

I've just read on the Sky interactive that if you order the plus box the installation is £30 instead of £60, I asked for sky plus, am I missing something?

my wife spoke to Sky to move address, Sky Plus and 2 multirooms and we we looking at Sky Hd, so we're having HD installed tomorrow and the move for £0.00

However we found out that BT still haven't sorted my new line.... and I need a new faceplate for the line cable.

...so will Sky still install?
