You can not get Cadbury Misshapes for £1 in Iceland! Cadbury Factory Shop Misshapes are only found in The Cadbury Factory Shops! The ones in Iceland are not Cadbury!
Prices are not scandalous for an outlet either! Many products in there stores are either exclusive or cheaper than supermarkets! Now and again the supermarkets will have certain cadbury products cheaper than the factory shops but you must remember that these supermarkets are selling there cheap chocolate at a loss which encourages people to shop there which in turn makes them buy other products in there stores. They sell the chocolate making no profit but will slowly (unexpectedly) increase various products around there stores, mainly non food items, which will compensate for the loss they made by selling the chocolate so cheap.
Alot of people in this country are blinded by the supermarkets ignorance to other hard working retailers. Yes, I agree if its cheaper in the supermarket then yes go and and buy it, but you must remember they are in it for the money not the longterm customer relationship and satisfaction often found at smaller retailers.
Phew, I've had my moan, sorry if I come across quite blunt, I just feel some stores are so underrated and don't get the attention and respect they so rightly deserve
Thanks

You can get Thornton's misshapes in HomeBargains £1/400g. Absolutely delicious and not a toffee in sight!0

They had hundreds of these stacked up at Fleetwood Freeport last week. Bought one for hubby for Father's Day and one to take on our girls' weekend away.
It doesn't look like we've even made a dent in the box we opened. It will take us ages to get through them!!0 -

I went to Cheshire Oaks yesterday & they had the huge Mini Eggs boxes - it took all my reserve not to buy them!! But I gave in & got a bag of 10 Creme Eggs for just £1.50 (15p each, bargain!) & then, my best find was the Cadbury Easter Eggs (foil-wrapped, not boxed & empty inside) at "4 for £1" - I just adore Cadbury Easter Eggs, so I'll admit it now, I bought 12
!! I'd've bought more if DH hadn't been there :rotfl:!! They had boxes of them! There is nothing better than the taste of Cadburys Buttons Eggs!! Last year, I managed to find some of the thick "Chick"-shaped broken bits & they were lush, too- didn't see any this year & not for the lack of looking!!
I'm a total chocolholic! Not only did I buy the stuff above, but I stocked up on Hot Choc powder in Whittards (on offer at 2.50 a tin) & then had Chocolate Brownies with melted chocolate (from the fountain) in Thorntons! Its no wonder my diet is going to pot!!;)Everything I wanna do is either illegal, immoral or fattening! lol :rotfl:0 -
I feel incredibly tempted to go and buy a box but I think it'd be a huge mistake! I shall try to ignore this post from now on!♥ Mummy to a gorgeous little boy born 11/01/09 ♥0

Sainsbury's had Cadbury's Cream eggs for 11p each last time I was there (Tuesday). I ended up buying a tray of 48:D.0
