Go to oft.gov.uk have a read on the Debt Collecton Guidelines and youmwill see that you have cause to Complain.
Write to thhem insisting that ALL communication should be in writing ( they cannot refuse ) and that you are dong all you cn to service the debt and that you are being assisteed in this by CCCS.
If they till ring, complain to the OFT. You have rights, they dnt care bout them or you.
