Carphone Warehouse incorrect call costs on web
I bought a phone and T-Mobile contract from Carphone Warehouse a couple of months ago, thinking that the 20p/min price on the Carphone website was correct. However I recently discovered that the actual cost is 30p/min, which has just been confirmed by T-Mobile!! T-Mobile refused to change the pricing, stating that it was Carphone Warehouses mistake.
The 20p/min price (outside inclusive minutes on Combi 15) has been listed on Carphone Warehouse website for several months, so I would imagine there are thousands of customers paying over the odds due to this false advertising. So beware.
