Some people keep harping on about how they can upgrade the Iphone OS and people wont be able to upgrade Windows based phones blah blah. If you constantly want to be messing with your phone thats fine.... but for what? does it make it do anything better? Not usually.

I don't need to upgrade my phones Windows OS as it does every single thing I want it to do, and it has the hardware to do, perfectly and easily.

Most people who keep on about the Iphone and how rubbish Windows phones are I think are secretly just trying to justify (to themselves more than anyone) that they haven't been 'had' and paid too much for something easily matched. Otherwise they wouldn't keep turning threads into arguments and would sit at home, quietly and smugly fondling their precious, beloved, superior, you don't have one, na-na-nee-na-na toy.

I was actually on o2 prior to having the HTC, and chose the Touch HD over the over rated and under spec'd Iphone.

It's all about the applications, of which the iPhone has a library of 50,000.

Even Paul Thurrott, of SuperSite for Windows fame, admits Windows Mobile is embarrassing compared to the iPhone OS.

I'm happy that you're so easily pleased, but Windows Mobile doesn't do everything I want to do.

sociably acceptable pah, not for me it isnt, im happy with a normal phone which ill stick with as its less conspicuous to possible thieves whereas the iphone its pretty big and you cant miss it when someones holding it,
