Jeez get a life. You should have had a few more last night. You'd be hungover now and not posting this crap.
Nah, I had enough last night mate - and now getting ready for the football this afternoon.
Anyway, as per my post - It would be a shame for luvpump to end up with a more expensive mortgage.0 -

Of course it's up to him, I couldn't care less really. I just mentioned it would be a shame if the base rate increased, and costing him more in the long term.
You need to chill out mate.

I think its good to hear another view argued. Challenges my ideas, often fills in gaps in my knowledge. You can never really me fully open about why you think the poroposed path is not best in one's own circumstance: security issues, innit.0

Im fed up with this graph, it's all you have as an 'argument' these days. :rotfl:
Which is fine I suppose because if prices drop again, you may well disappear. One of the problems with forum debates, you know that you will never be pulled up for your predictions.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -

I wont disappear. My predictions last xmas was that prices will bottom, down 10%, by end of 2009. Go back and check the polls.
There was a lot of strange predictions back then, and the most favourite quote was "2009 will be a lot worse then 2008". A lot of these people don't post anymore, I suspect they are are busy trying to buy a house.0
