Give it time.

How are you recording price drops/lack of ? The fact that things are sticking might suggest there IS room for price reduction possibly. I don't use PB for my search simply because very little I'm looking at gets to right move, but if I were looking for a standard domestic property I'd think it would be a pretty valuable tool. A sit is, thughI spend some time a day checking through my records I wish PB worked for me!0 -

Desirable property they say. We say, but it's been on for a year and dropped 25%, and still no ones looking at it.
Five minutes. If it doesn't work on your PC, buy a new PC. As long as the sellers will install it for you as part of the deal of course. Seriously. Once you can see the market laid out for you - in virtually every area in the UK - you will begin to see what the bears are banging on about. Houses generally are not selling and are dropping in price.
Could possible save you a fortune.0
