Thats another problem. I'm in the Forces posted in Cyprus at the minute but the plan was to send them to me mums in London for her to take them in somewhere if I could find somewhere that would be willing to write a letter.

Hmm. I think you should try and harass the seller a bit more for a refund on safe return of the goods. If he's selling loads of UGG boots, he can't risk a negative comment saying the boots are fake?!

Otherwise, keep going with your claim. I thought it was a real hassle at the time, but it paid off in the end. AND you don't have to send the boots back.

The fact that the canvas bas says "snow boots" really should be all that's needed! Good luck in getting them "unauthenticated", it annoys me when people try to pull a fast one.
