Even if they haven't explicitly put "decker's australia UGGs" in the listing, if it says it on the label (which I presume it does), then you can still win a "counterfeit item" claim.Wins: Avene Protective Hydrating Cream; 2 x Calvin harris Tickets @ iTunes Festival.

Well the picture they are showing clearly states that they are Decker Ugg's.
By the way I've sent you a PM.0 -

Exactly.
Do you think you have a store which might help? Obviously an Office or Schuh is more available but if they refuse an independant shop is far more likely to say yes as they can ask the boss there and then. Check the official website for you're nearest retailer.Wins: Avene Protective Hydrating Cream; 2 x Calvin harris Tickets @ iTunes Festival.

The picture says it all - they're clearly a pair of Ugg Australia. Are they "real" counterfiet - i.e. with dodgy Ugg Australia tags - or "just" Australian Uggs? Either way, mount a complaint with paypal, then go from their. A photo of the rear of the boot should help your case, as will getting them "validataed" (or not) by any offical Ugg Australia vendor.April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200

I have already raised it with PayPal, thats why I've opened this thread because a picture won't cut it. PayPal want it in writing from a 3rd party that they are fake, which is the problem I'm having.0 -
Do you have a picture of the actual Uggs you received? I'm quite nosy!
