not including O2 what else have unlimited landlines?

Before we go down today I have look at T-mobile and I could not see it (but maybe someone else will know where it is, so far I found these tariff from Orange / Vodafone that offer unlimited calls from mobiles to landlines and at least to a selected few "on network" mobile calls. Is there any other compo not throught about not including O2 cause that is who we are with at the moment and thinking of going to request our PAC from them today / tomorrow. (and no it is not to do with O2 bolton's! Its due to an ongoing system fault for the past 6 months now, which will now how to suffer for other 3 months if we stay!)
