If you sell a laptop with a transferable warranty then you will sell it for more then one without as the buyer will also be buying "peace of mind" for what is left of the warranty.0

Clause 16 on the rebate T&C is misleading; it says the envelope with the enclosures must be postmarked 30 days from the end of the promotion, which literally means that they must be postmarked specifically with 30TH OCTOBER 2009.
As I have read that mobile phone rebate offers have you jumping through hoops, and that if you dont do everything by the book you loose it all, I phoned to check if this is what they meant. He said you can claim now...that they meant post marked BEFORE 30 days, and that apple would not be amending the terms and conditions.
A bit slapdash of Apple.0
