ok now printer is working you can copy and pate post8 into anything else before you print it

Are you sure you downloaded Ccleaner....I have NEVER EVER seen it say buy a version...sorry bully...

IE is causing the problems with couponprinter (IMHO) (In mY Humble Opinion) Hence the need for Firefox

google is a search engine, which can be used in any browser

The browser is Internet Explorer (IE) or Firefox (FF)

I've had enough for tonight...just looked at other thread and can see things are getting heated on there...more heat than in my cooker.....good job I've got Wimbledon to keep me good....I will try and get out for a USB thingy and then try and follow your instuctions...I know you are a genius but I'm not....losing will to live right now, before I go ...what is FF3 please and is IE internet explorer and is it the same as google...cos cant see IE on my computer but have got a google icon on my desktop

Have copied and pasted thread 8 and the one above this about what FF3 is etc....have printed it in word document, got it safe ( dont you just love it when your printer works...what a stupid silly thing I was for deleting it...doh doh doh )...will try my best to do it tomorrow, but not holding out much hope as I'm really thick....thanks VC...love yer loads...

Did the ccleaner thingy...it was the Alternate one not the hippo one...trust me to pick the wrong one...all cleaned up....have found an icon on my desktop that has the internet explorer thingy, so know where that is...just need to get the thingy to save FF3 on tomorrow...will have no idea how to save things to that...good job I've got another port thingy here at the front...cos my printer usb is now sticking out of the other one...I'll download the firefox now before bed.....doubt I'll sleep...thinking about printers and half cooked aunt bessies....

If we eventually get the computer sorted using firefox, do you know if we can then go back to using internet explorer or will this then happen again? I downloaded firefox a while ago and didn't really like it, much prefer explorer, so might not bother doing anything if can't go back at some point to explorer.

I would guess that you probably will be able to....just do a system restore before you do....in fact as soon as you are up and running do a system restore, as well ...so you can always come back to a working time:beer:

OK got a change of symptoms now....

At work and PC that worked fine yesterday and I printed just two Warby's (Honest) now won't print from Warby! Takes all reg info and says won etc but then says looks like you haven't printed then goes through the rigmarole again and again. (Used VC's driver first time but still the same) However I can still print from Couponnet from this PC even while Warby's is still saying no printer etc?? FF3.0.11
