Does it do nothing
or does it shut down like IE?
What stage do you get to, and what happens exactly please?;)
There is a huge difference in a computer freezing....nothing happens at any keystoke (nothing)
and won't allow a coupon print (nothing)...unfortunately...I cannot guess from here and if I am to help, require specifics....it doesn't need to be fancy jargon...just an accurate description for someone who cannot see it:beer:It's nice to be nice .....

presumably you have googled "This download has been blocked by your Security Zone Policy" and seen how common this is?
From the amount of entries I saw...I'm sure there was a hint posted somewhere amongst it;)

If the internet connection was on during installation, it will undoubtedly have checked for updates...since you cannot restore now......there is nothing to restore to!..you will have to do re-install again, without internet connection, until you have FF3 on...
At least you don't have to worry about losing any data:DIt's nice to be nice .....
