Sky TV, Phone, web Deal

With a bit of haggling i got the following deal with Sky
TV with family pack (normally £21.50)
Line rental (normally £10)
Broadband (normally up to £17)
Free anytime calls (cant remember cost)
All for £38.50 pm (reducing to £33.50 pm once Sky install their own broadband kit in my local exchange)
What i was paying
sky tv with fam pack £21.50
BT line rental £11.50
BT anytime free calls £17.00
BT option 2 broadband £20
So, an overall saving of £32 pm or so, for similar services.
Sky were a little slow in coming forward with a deal. So hung up on the 1st guy i spoke to (who bored me) who wouldnt budge an inch. Phoned back, got someone else (with a personality to boot)...and hey presto, some haggling and away we go
