I have contacted them via their web page but looks like I'll have to wait for a reply considering the amount of people with the same problem!

Nothing here. Perhaps they are looking at the sensible option of contacting all winners by post (after all we had to supply our names and postal details). Would be nice to get some form of acknowledgement from Yates.
