yep i got one too lol and cant open it i replied back to the email and it came back as a permanent faliure. if it is the free drink how come it tells us we are a winner?

I was able to download my voucher this morning, I won a bottle of WKD, only problem is though that the voucher hasn't printed out properly, where it states what I have won there is just a little cross in the top left hand corner and the rest is blank. I have e-mailed them again about it.

Be careful if you can download your voucher that it prints out properly.

thanks for the tip off, i too was able to download the voucher this morning, after trying several times last night without success.

I can now access the link but when I put in my email address to download my voucher it says I have already redeemed it or I did not win with that email address
