i won twice today 1 portion of fish and chips and a pint of fosters but when i click to redeem them they say that they have already been redeemed or i havnt won with that email but i have because i got a winning email. can anybody help? thanks

OMG what a pain in th a**e! - i received 6 emails from Yates saying I have won 6 different things. I have just double checked where the nearest Yates is to me & it seems they closed my local one down & I didnt even realise!

I now have the following available (one per person to be fair) if you would like them (I have not opened the links so should be fine to print off)

£25 bar tab
Bottle of Yates Birthday Ale
Cocktail Pitcher
Fish & Chips
Bottle of Bulmers
£10 bar tab

I will forward the e-mails from my e-mail address that I received them on as I think you need to enter my e-mail to claim.

I just won a £25 bar tab, but like everyone else I'm having trouble downloading the voucher! Hopefully I'll be able to do it if I try again tomorrow!! :rolleyes:

Oh dear, same boat as everyone else. I got 7 wins and only one prints out, the fish and chips voucher. When I try the other 6 it says the prizes have already been claimed.
Have used the contact page, as suggested by PinkLady, on the website to ask for advice.
