Obviously a lot of posts deleted. I still can't see how Gino_Princess won these shoes. Or even bid on them both according to Goofbay and doing a bidders search on EBay.

    Totally Confused!!
She didn't. Unless ebays software really doesn't like her and the stuff she bought isn't showing up in searches either.
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

Exactly, and she hasn't won any, and the sellers she has won stuff from weren't selling shoes. The only explanation I can think of apart from it being a wind up is that the item she won from Mippy is a multi-item buy it now that hasn't ended yet, as goofbay don't pick them up.

Wow, i posted a bit of advice for the op at the start of this thread, mainly along the lines of the others who did the same, i.e. this dino-whatever-her-name-is has no legal case, op has nothing to worry about, just ignore the empty threats.

I am really surprised to see that this thread has grown to 12 pages on what should have been a simple issue.

it's clear from reading dino-i'll-sue-you's feedback profile that she just loves to neg people and is a typical difficult customer.

I would advise that people stop entertaining this known trouble maker, the op should just end all communication with her both on here and on ebay and relax, safe in the knowledge that even if this buyer does instruct a solicitor you'll have the satisfaction of being able to take £25 to £50 of her money (cost of solicitor writing to you) and throw it in the bin, while having a laugh at her expense.

But i doubt continuing to enter into arguments with her will help and is only playing into her hands, she loves to argue, she does it often according to her feedback, don't give her what she wants and she will move on.
  • For once, Cyril, I agree with you, and I think your advice is extremely sensible!

    wow. that's weird.

I wonder why, if she keeps having such terrible experiences buying on ebay, she continues to do so??

I'm just about to list some shoes on ebay, better put her on my blocked bidders list. Hey you know what - I just did !!

I wonder how long it will take for her solictor to tell her that it really isnt worth going to go to court for a second hand pair of shoes that she didnt win it will probably cost her more for the solictor telling her this than it would for her to go out and buy a pair of shoes

Somebody is posting as Dino-Princess-Char on another thread in this sub forum. I think both Dino's are wind ups. Did the original account get closed yesterday. The one in the other thread only has a post count of 3.
