I know that B&E do not have a good reputation, but I found Lawrence my intermediary excellent and very helpful. There was no hint of trying to sell me anything else, and it was all done in 24 hours.

Yep I can vouch for Lawrence too.
Having worked for B&E in the past, he is one of the "good guys":p

The individual offices get nothing at all some may go to the parent organisation ie Cita. The guy in our office gets nothing at all for doing this for people and I mean nothing he is not even paid a wage.
