 Same !!!!!!, different day.
"Hi my name is Really2 and I like to hurl "school yard" comments at people such as 'loser' but can't take any flack coming back the other way. I've got it down to a tee now though as I just twist round any retaliation to make me look like the innocent party and most people buy it except that Snooze bloke and a few others."

Does it matter who you agree with or disagree with. Thank or don't thank (personally I don't have to agree with everyone I thank - a good point can be a good point nevertheless).
I'd like to knock some of your heads together. :wall:0 -
I think it is to only to distract from the reason we are here, to debate.
I thought we came on here to relieve a bit of stress, due to the sh1te of real life.
On here we can be what we want to be, Happy Sad P1ssed off wind up merchants or even try to learn a bit of helpful info from our guru the Generali.
We all wish we had Mewbie's wit or Fungus's charm or PN's positive yet friendly outlook, Mr Boders wonderful characters, !!!!!!? and his unwaivering views, Carolt and her.......... maybe that is a bit far.
In our day jobs sometimes we have to learn to keep our gobs shut or maybe we should tell the idiots that the grass aint greener on the other side.
God I wish i had not had that second brandy.0 -

I think I will have to read your other posts as you have made me think abit tonight.0 -
Not if values crash as much as I expect. Was trying to highlight the difference between us in how we estimate property over-valuation and correction to come (pennies in rent was the clue.)
Yes. You've had a run of about 4 months clear without me having a go. It just ticks me off. Time over heard that one... people buying other properties for their children, and usually an explanation you hear on TV documentaries with the person then at risk of losing their own home.
"I've had a run of 4 months without you having a go" and it was bliss.
Why wait 4 months and then pick up parts from other threads and other posts? Especially when you know I am not leveraged as you are trying to insinuate
I think that you are obviously worried that values will not crash as much as you expect
I don't want you coming back as the faithful lapdog following me around everywhere, therefore from now on, when you try to bait me I'll make sure the bait is pushed away
Good day once again Mr Dopester:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

Second?
Sounds more like you'd finished the bottle.
