Yes, you certainly are a do'er. :) So are lots of people on the board. Some of them own, some of them rent.

I've got it down to a tee now though as I just twist round any retaliation to make me look like the innocent party and most people buy it except that Snooze bloke and a few others."

Snooze, I am just waiting for the apolgies from those that disbelievers when I said that the Port of Felixstowe will come out stronger than ever after the recession has run its time.

Generally, if you got on ''the List'' you are pretty much guaranteed a thank.

You can't replace NDG for me on the thanking - because for a start she gave me regular thanks, whereas I know I'm near the bottom of the pile of your thanking "list".

Regardless of previous positions, bear or bull, I'm universal enough to thank any poster who makes a good post, with points of view, humour, ideas and thoughts well explained - even if I don't fully agree.

Really - I don't quite know what this thread is all about... I like you though, and your position on lots of stuff has always seemed balanced to me. :)

The description of "abuse" seems a bit strong though. Could be just me who still associates it with serious wrong-doing.

This is the third time I can recall you have suggested I don't ''like you'' and the third time I will have denied it. I'm genuinely sorry that you think that and I can do no more to refute it than I have done before. You were the very first person to send me a PM on this board and it was lovely and supportive and kind, so I am very sad you don't feel that you are appreciated by me. I don't know what else I can say but sorry again.

I do know it was insisted that you were on ''the List'' and I m doubtless the Coven will insist it remains so for our autumn review.

but wouldn't you be getting into crazy sums of debt to give away gratis free?

Not if values crash as much as I expect. Was trying to highlight the difference between us in how we estimate property over-valuation and correction to come (pennies in rent was the clue.)
Once again you like to twist things.

I realise this is a swipe at myself for saying one of my BTL properties COULD BE utilised as a property for my son in the future. Never said he would get for free.

    What is wrong with that?

Yes. You've had a run of about 4 months clear without me having a go. It just ticks me off. Time over heard that one... people buying other properties for their children, and usually an explanation you hear on TV documentaries with the person then at risk of losing their own home.

Cheers dopester, you know I think you are a top bloke and I agree with a lot you say. (I think you're the only person I have swiped at unprovoked and I admitted how stupid that was, but you graciously let me explain and accepted my apology.)

Your right it is not really abuse it is just constant swiping for no reason.
Much like a gnat biting me, I only take so many bites before the newspaper comes out.

I think it is to only to distract from the reason we are here, to debate.

I have seen people point fun at your view point and it is wrong. Your view point is far more likely to happen than hyper inflation.
Many don't look further than what they are told, fortunately some like yourself see past the media.
