I've just read the letter again, it says: 27.5% savings apply to Spring/Summer 2008 catalogue pages 4-247, 262-429, 446-589. Also pages 248-261, 430-445, 590-995 for 22.5% off.

I am a new customer of Empire Stores. I placed an order using a 25 off code. I received their order confirmation email. but did not receive any Customer Reference Number, so I can not register my account on Empire Stores and can not check order status and much more. Do you have any experience with it? Thanks.

It's been many years since I opened my Empire Stores account so I can't answer that question. Did you pay with your credit/debit card or apply to open an account? Maybe if you paid by card you might not get an account number, but like I said I don't really know how it works.

You can only register online once you have your customer number. you will not receive customer number in email. when you get your order the customer number will be stated on the invoice and then you can register online.

Thanks for your quick reply . so I can not check its status on line . How can I exactly know when they will deliver my order as the order said it will be delivered within 4-6 weeks when I made my order? I have contacted their Customer Services Helpline , but they respond very slowly.

Unforunatley you can not check order status online without account number. the only way is to ring and ask them. once you do receive account number and register online then mananging account online including checking order status , placing orders, making payments etc is so easy. until then you will just have to wait patiently for your order.

Normally when you place an order it tells you 'your order should be with you by xx/xx/xx'.

I'm getting a lot of declined cashback status from Quidco from Empire Stores for genuine transactions.

bummer.

Anyone else find if they use a code, Empire will they decline the Quidco cashback?
Just wondering whether to put enquiries in to quidco or if people find that's even worthwhile.
