I placed an order using a 25 discount code about a week ago, and only received their order confirmation email. It seemed that there was no progress at all. I sent several messages by their online contact, but got no reply. I called them several times, but no one received the call. I dont know what was wrong with them.
As I am a new customer of Empire Stores, I can not register online without Customer Reference Number. They did not say what time the order will be with me. So I have no choice but wait. disappointing completely.

Did have a 40%, 25% and 15% diamond cashback stored on my laptop but downloaded firefox and lost it.

I think they have now changed there checkout, when i enter some codes is says discount applied but dosent knock anything off, anybody else noticed this ?

Yes I've noticed that only a few times (mostly with codes I've received in the post) but most of the codes I've used went through ok.

I placed an order via quidco over the may bank holiday wkend (£150 worth)as they had 20% everything, had that one declined, but placed another order last week (£8) and that one seemed to go through, so not sure whats going on with them! I've not had any problems with them in the past, wasn't sure whether to raise a ticket or not - as I sent most of the stuff back! :rolleyes:
