so true, about the power supplies, I've currently gone through 3 psu in my current case which i bought from Novatech, case came with the 450watt psu, currently on my 4th, only seems to last around 3months before they die, as my computer is normally always on, at least 12hrs a day this is really bugging me. My sisters computer which had her psu replaced roughly the same time as i bought my case has never gone wrong. she bought a 550watt for hers. If this 4th replacement goes I think i'm buy a bigger wattage psu something around the 550-600watt range.0

you probably don't actually need more power..you just need a good quality PSU which can output the rated power without failing (almost certainty outputting all sorts of voltages on the rails as it goes
