Hi all..

Rhys has moved rooms again Had all the wires taken off just after I posted earlier too. We tried breastfeeding but he didn't seem to get it this time - think he was a bit too hungry and getting wound up. Will try again later They think it might take him a bit longer cos he's not liking having things in his mouth - dummies, milk, nipples! - because of the ventilator and tubes he had in there at the beginning.

MM (via searching!) - lots of positive vibes for Dylan, and you make sure you take care of yourself too!!

Aless - I told everyone I was pregnant (the first time anyway) at the end of a department meeting. Someone asked if there was anything else anyone had to say and i just blurted out "Well, if noone else has any news, I do - I'm pregnant!"

Jillie - don't know how long til home, just however long it takes for him to master breastfeeding and getting to four hourly feeds.. few weeks yet, I'd guess.

Have to say I think it's so sweet you look out for Rhys updates! Thankyou all again for your positive vibes

Shelvis - congrats on your name in print! I took up the subscription offer whilst at the Baby Show so I'll be sure to read it Enjoy your baby bouquet!

We're going home tomorrow.. Apparently it's time to deep clean all the flats and the parents in Flat 2 went home earlier so they were going to clean that one then ask us to move into it. As we were thinking of going home soon anyway, we didn't think it right that we move into Flat 2 tonight then move out again after one or two nights for them to have to clean it again before someone else can go in. We know one of the twins mums will want to move up soon so we'll free the room up for her by going home tomorrow lunchtime. I was tidying up earlier anyway so most of my stuff is ready to go.

Can't remember if I said on here (or just the Parent Thread) but I've got medication from my GP to help maintain/boost my milk supply cos it was tailing off and I was getting really stressed with it which was just making it worse. Good news is that it seems to be working and I'm getting much more than I was and we now have enough in the fridge for all the feeds until 10am tomorrow - two days ago, I was only just getting enough every two hours for his next feed! Going to work on it tonight too and hopefully get plenty in stock in the fridge and possibly freeze some too so that I feel better about going home knowing the milk is here. If it tails off again, I will of course express and drive in every few hours if I have to, but that won't do my stress levels much good! Got to take the tablets for six weeks then start to come off them.

Anyway, enough rambling from me.. May be time for a trip to the Dairy! xx

Oh, I know what else I meant to say.. totally unpregnancy related but what happened with searching and the bank earlier reminded me.

I've paid off my loan.. so, as of Monday, I'm totally debt free! :j :j

Only problem is, I forgot which account it comes out of and the money to pay it is sat in the one which I didn't give them the details for!! :rolleyes: I need to do a mad dash into town tomorrow to get some money out the machine with one card then pay it into the other bank otherwise it's going to swallow up all my overdraft and beyond

Back to money and babies.. I really must send off the Child Benefit forms soon! Haven't even opened the pack yet.. a bit of light bedtime reading for me, no doubt! :cool:
