I thought she was scheduled to go down at 2pm? My memory from my elective c section is that it takes around 30 -40 mins for the epidural to work sufficiently to block all sensations, then another 10 mins faffing around with catheters and stuff before baby makes their appearance.

So for MM's sake, hope not before 3pm!

No idea Nicki!!! I was down and out in 15mins, from labour ward to fully under the general. No idea what it is like with a spinal.

    So about 3pm ish then?

not me but my sister does. She's a veggie and her diet is limited so I blame that.

Are you eating and drinking frequently throughout the day?

I did get a little bit of lightheadedness but after head between my knees for a bit I was OK. Only lasted about 2 days.

I am eating and drinking as much as i can but lost my appetite since being pregnant and find it hard to eat lol , this is the first day i have felt faint so i have stayed in bed all day

I've not actually fainted this time (did with DS2 once I got a nice concussion after I passed out while vomiting and banged my head off the sink), but I have ended up having to drop to my knees so I didn't pass out a couple times.

Eat small but regular amounts, stuff that will keep your blood sugar up, get checked by your mw, and don't stand up too fast, or turn too fast, or pretty much do anything too fast.
