My bubs has been very quiet tonight
Still moving around, just no where near as much as normal

SM, it's funny how we don't wake when someone else is there as we rely on them but when they're not we hear ourselves. I do that with the alarm clock. I'm sure you'll be fine. XXX

MM, they were always making the targets unrealistic unless we spent our evenings making calls (unpaid). Moving the goalposts to suit themselves. Then they wonder why the best staff don't stay. Each branch I worked in had 1 or 2 who had been there for 15yrs or more, they could run the branch standing on their head and always knew the answer to your problem or where to get the answer. But they never joined the bank for sales and hated them and slowly one after another left, the banks needed these people, they were a wealth of knowledge. Then there are decent people who are good at their jobs most with families who in the end have to leave as if it doesn't pay enough or the pressure gets too much they have to leave. All I kept seeing then were youngsters, no common sense, would sell their granny if they could and no interest in just helping someone for the sake of it, I rarely go to a branch now, even remortgaged over the phone, it's sad!

I think tomorrow will be spent unpacking and re packing my hospital bag to make sure everything is there !! And me and OH are going to have a nice lunch tomorrow (in a cheap cafe !!) as it will be the last time in a long time we will be able to do it !!

Hello it's my first ever post so not sure if it will work!? Have been following this thread for ages and had my 12 week scan today, first baby due 29th December!!!
