Oh my god, I had forgotten how good coffee tasted!!!!!

First mug since January and I love it!!!!!

    (and feeling a bit hyper)

Lucky you. I wish I could have a coffee, its the only thing that I now don't like. I bought a Tassimo last year as I love a nice latte, but now they taste like an ashtray:eek: You'd think I'd appreciate the irony but sadly I don't:rotfl:

I'm still not speaking to OH after last night's washing maching incident. Talk about holding a grudge :rotfl:

Nah we've made up since then, but it was brought up again and he expects me to apologise so he's stormed off again. I wonder if he's 19 not 29 sometimes.

There is something still wrong with my blood, have to go on monday for more blood tests, feel like a bloody pin cushion. Am now being tested for sickle cell and thalassaemia. Thought these were diseases that did not affect white europeans but apparently I was wrong!! Why can't I just have low iron levels like everyone else???????????

    Hi ladies,
My DH is sat next to me watchin TT racing but is fast asleep at the same time! We put a gazebo up in the garden earlier, bit warm for me out there at the minute but am definitely going to sit in it later! It was a freebie from my dad it was too big for him to put up and he got fed up and mardy with it so gave it to us! Will be nice to sit in the shade with the baby.

How many units of alcohol are we allowed? I haven't had any during the pregnancy but I bought some low alcohol cider earlier. It's less than 1% and I think it says 1 bottle is 1 unit. I only bought 3 so no chance of getting drunk! It's just boring to drink pop all the time when the weather is so nice - I like to feel a bit grown up sometimes!

Beenie - if I fall out with DH I put a few 'ooh's and ah's' on, then he asks if I'm OK and it breaks the ice a bit!

Skinty - my bump goes hard down the front and I think baby is back to front. I can almost feel her bum and spine down the front of my belly! She does change from side to side, I can see my belly lurching sometimes! Then I get BH which confuse me as sometimes I can't tell whether it's just her pushing against my belly, or an all over hardening.

Best go and put my shopping away and get the cider in the fridge!

i was tested for both these which i thought was strange however it was explained to me that it could be in your genes, as you may know your recent family history but generations back, there could have been non-european family members and its because of this that they like to test you for it. also you may know your family history but what bout oh...

it makes sense now as our family has recently discovered that my gran had an elder sister who died young, but no-one knew as gran never told anyone.
