    Hi all..

Finally finished with all the visitors - Mum and Dad went at ten to nine to speed home in time for The apprentice and before them my friend from work was here. She brought me a goodie bag of Thorntons toffee, lots of chocolate bars and a big bag of grapes! ;):D

I'm trying to have a sort out of things in our room now. We seem to have about ten bags-for-life scattered around the place with various bits in. Hoping to keep the bare minimum here and send the rest home with Mum tomorrow.

Rhys has had to go back on CPAP. No biggie, he was just getting tired after SIX hours of breathing on his own so they've put him back on the support machine for a bit of a break. They suggested he might only be on it for four hours but he's still a bit tired by the looks of his big chest movements so I think he'll be on it at least overnight before they try him on his own again. I thought they were going to say he had to be back on it for days or weeks until they tried him again, but they talk in hours. They said that six hours was really good for his first time on his own :D

Combination of Fenugreek tablets and expressing every few hours seems to be helping. It's getting easier too - I think I might be less stressed about it, so hopefully it'll continue. I read that you know if you're taking a big enough dose if you start to smell of Fenugreek, and I do! :o It's an ingredient in curry powder if that gives you any clue.. lovely! :(

Friend from work gave me the bag of things they'd found in my desk drawers when I called in on Friday. Just emptied it now.. thought it summed up my time at work fairly well - contains crisps, fruit chewy sweets, chocolate bars, hand cream and about £5 in change (for the vending machines!) :D

If I can be bothered, I've got to try to crack into my work account and find the lists of things I saved for my handover to give the others a clue as to what they need to give my replacement to ease things. They are all in a training session tomorrow so temp is on her own for the first time (drafted in after my first week off so been there two weeks already now) so might email her to keep her company! :)

Right, best crack on.. Hope everyone has had a good day :) xx

Awww Bear, only got a hig for you! (((hugs)))

Carla, deep fried brie should be ok, the core temperature of the brie will get to above 40'c during the frying which would kill any bacteria anyway. And who the hell cares if you enjoy it huh? That's my view and I'm sticking to it! I have not changed my eating habits, lil lady might have (miss coffee soooo much) but I'll eat what I want!

Carla, I thought sofe cheeses were ok as long we they were cooked, so should be fine.

I've not had any real cravings yet, don't known whether I;m disappointed or not. Started to fill full quickly so big meals are now off the menu!

Elle, I seem to remember grapes can make the baby a bit colicy if you're breastfeeding, but not to sure so would check with the nurses before you tuck in. XXX

((hugs)) bear, I remember the first time I was out at the same party as 2 of the girls that bullied me in school, over 15 years ago !! and I was still a bunch of nerves, I knew I was being silly, and that they shouldnt get to me, but I had that butterfly feeling the whole time I was there

elle, good to hear you are finding the expressing easier ... even if you do smell of curry :)

carla, I didnt stop eating runny eggs, still have the odd glass of wine and most of my preggers mates still eat medium rare meat, so your not the only one who is 'naughty' !!

    Thanks for all the hugs.

I really don't see the 2 girls in question very often and my MIL and OH know exactly what went on and were very protective of me. I'm just going to concentrate on my life and my babes, as that's what's most important right now.
