Virgin is selling the above refurbished Nokia for £24.99, is it as basic as the Nokia 1101 or is it any better? Thanks

  • Its got a colour screen and a few other bits over the 1101 but its still pretty basic.

    I have had a 2600 and 1100 on virgin... and I preferred the 1100.
Both are basic, but the 1100 has a better build quality imho.

I am not keen on "the plastic feel keypad", I have got long nails and got the impression it is going to be damaged. Am I the only who thinks like that!! The 1101 is also a bargain now. It's quite a nice basic phone for an oldie. Thanks

Yes, fair enough - personally I think it's the best keypad I've ever used,
but I can see it might be unsuitable for long nails :)
