Scarborough Investments Direct 2.76% - where can you apply?

This market leading rate for instant access was publicised at the weekend - but I can't work out how to apply for it. Has anyone had any success?

Interesting that Akbank and all Dutch banks have a cover of 100,000 Euro. This equates to about 87K in sterling today. Means we could put higher amounts in.
