It is awful to be put on the spot like that - one of those situations where you sound guilty even when youre not! Remember.. they will probably have a recording of the phone call so plan your next call to them carefully. I think it is very odd for them to get information over the phone - you haven`t signed to say that it is true and how do they know for sure that it was you? Some people do not realise themselves just how much care they need at night - I lose conciousness at night and have no recollection of the care I have received!I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes
