Could someone please let me know the specific order that debts are paid from an estate.
1st is funneral directors

1st - secured debts
2nd - unsecured debts & utilities
3rd - personal debts (ie ones you can't prove like a £200 loan from a relative)DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
