Would agree with the Nokia 5800 had one for a couple of months now and it's brilliant. It replaced my Samsung Omnia, and whilst I was a big advocate of Windows Mobile and love the physical look and size of the Omnia it is not a patch on the 5800. IMHO. Only think I miss off the Omnia is TomTom 7.
The 5800 has Nokia Maps on it, which is just as good as Tom Tom in my opinon. You can use the Nokia Map Loader to put maps from anywhere in the world on free of charge as well...
Also check out the SportsTracker application that is fantastic for getting fit...Keep the right company because life's a limited business.0 -
What's the best Nokia camera phone? The Sony Ericsson C902 is the best camera-phone midrange phone on the market at present - I don't want/need a smartphone yet it appears you need one these days to get a decent camera...
Any recommendations?0 -

I would personally steer off Nokia at the moment. They have recently brought out some very poor handsets (Ann of the N series and Symbian based handsets)
The only good Nokia out is the 6303, but its not a high end handset.
I would choose Samsung or LG this year, they have been solid and good quality recently.
Agreed, my son had a 5800 on voda sent it back, load of cr*p kept on freezing up on him, mainly software probs I would sayANURADHA KOIRALA ??? go on throw it in google.0 -
Does the navigations in Nokia Maps work off the internal gps or do you need an internet connection ?The 5800 has Nokia Maps on it, which is just as good as Tom Tom in my opinon. You can use the Nokia Map Loader to put maps from anywhere in the world on free of charge as well...

My Nokia E71 is simply the best phone i've ever owned. Great for messaging (syncs with Exchange server, Yahoo mail etc. Wifi, good screen, decent web browser. Shame about the rubbish camera, but i'll take my SLR if i really want to take photos0

My good old N93i has served me rather well, even though it crashes a fair bit. But you'd be hard pressed to get one, it's two years old now
Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -

I was thinking of getting this phone as I want something with good battery life which this seems to have, I mainly use it for calls and some texts but have free internet access on my contract. Can this phone be used for internet?0 -
I am sometimes enjoying, sometimes enduring my Nokia 5800. However the good moments far outnumber the bad ones. It works when I need it to work and fulfils all my expectations of what is essentially a budget smartphone.0
