Sony Ericsson W580i unlocked, sim not working
Afternoon,
I was given a T-Mobile Sony Ericsson W580i so I could have a spare phone, it's been unlocked but my new Tesco Sim won't work.
The previous owner used Vodafone and O2 sims in it so I'm not sure what the problem is.
When I insert the sim I get the message 'Insert correct sim'. I've googled and managed to get into the secret menu and 4 of the 5 padlocks are unlocked but the extended network is locked.
I've read about flashing and what have you but frankly I'm baffled.
Any ideas? Or shall I just wait for the free T-Mobile sims I ordered to arrive?
