    it depends

do you want to DIY or just buy it out the box

the sky hd cables have 2 cores that if your savvy you can simply extend with more cable and add an insulating cover to it

or buy the ready made cables
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2-x-3-Meter--SATELLITE-EXTENSION-CABLE-FOR-SKY-SAT-HD-+_W0QQitemZ140319450471QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090509?IMSfp=TL090509112001r13458#ebayphotohosting

    i think thats it

    although im really not sure
i thought you had to have 2 cores for hd and only 1 for sd but this is does both

    maybe someone else will know

    or contact the ebay seller

Surely the HDMI cable is the one between your Sky HD box and your TV? The feed from the dish is not HDMI, it's the standard sat cable.

Unless for some reason they want to move the TV but leave the box where it is now.

when i had sky HD installed the sky engineer connected a new lead from the satellite dish to the sky HD box and at the back of the box it says HDMI port. they need to do this so you can watch HD

therefore i do not need coax lead as i have already extended this. i need a cable that will extend a current HDMI cable into a longer HDMI cable to go into the back of the SKY HD box

Heres the back of a hd box ~
    back_skyHD.jpg

Note theres only ONE hdmi output (And NO input)
This is to feed the tv
The coax leads go into the 'twin tuner' part from the sky dish
