God its hot again this morning (I am not complaining..:) )
Hey glad to see someone is dreaming about me..but trees??
I used to have the Nike + which was fine when I started out but I found it quite inaccurate no matter how many times I calibrated it. I now have a Garmin and I LOVE it...:)

So first day back at work..and although having to get up and get organised is hard work its nice to come to work for a rest!

  • Morning,

Let's hope this post is a little less sleepified than the last one. I've corrected the title :o

@ bookie - My grandparents took me to see him as a 19th birthday pressie. They pretty much raised me so I know about a lot of things from before my time. My first reaction to the recession was, "What's everyone so worried about? We're not on a 3 day week yet." Yeah, I'm a little naive at times too. :)

Work's over for the day and the car is finally parked. I'm checking my housemates are in to sign for my computer then going to sleep. Talk later.

PS I think I dreamt I was in Phantom of the Opera. Not starring in it, actually in it. The Phantom was stalking me. :rotfl:

Jacs - you need a Nike+ gadget which includes a bit to go in the trainer (Snaggs - I kind of thought that might be it but by the time I caught up on the thread you were gone) and a bit that plugs into the ipod Nano. It'll need calibrated then go for a run - you can set targets for distance, time or calories as well as just go for a run and it records time, distance pace. Register on the Nike+ website and you get the record you saw from my linky. Feel free to have a nosy around and see what it can do.

As for the Garmin - I don't really know anything about it except I can't afford one!

Squizz - I did join Fetch but have never really looked at it since

Jacs you don;t need the trainers you can just get a sensor that ties onto your shoelaces, thats what I have. Although if you are getting new trainers you could go for the Nike+ ones)
