Hi, I ordered an iphone from carphonewarehouse had it for about a month now. When I bought it I signed up to a contract at
£34.26 a month (24 months)
600 mins 500 texts
above this it says :
New 24 month tariffs available! Please note - the prices shown below will appear slightly higher in the basket (e.g. £34.26 will appear as £35 in the basket). You will be charged the price shown below on your O2 bill. Prices shown include VAT at 15%. The VAT rate is due to return to 17.5% after 31st December 2009.
But for my first payment I was charged £37.68 ??

Yes because say you connected on the 1st of the month - your account would be loaded onto the billing system roughly on the 3rd/4th - so the extra £2.68 is for those couple of days that you were connected but hadn't had a bill yet.

Ohhhh I think you are right 'hieveryone' I didn't think about that.
I'm sure I haven't gone over I have checked my itemised billing and I made one call to a number that wasn't inclusive and that was 20p0 -
If you ordered it online and only got it delivered on say, day 4, you can chance it and ask for the £2 odd refunded.
