How do i open/use packet data on my Nokia 6111, i have downloaded a ringtone/wall paper and it is asking me to open packet data.

  • First off visit the Nokia website to have the settings sent to your phone, most 6111 including mine have them pre-stored, activate the correct profile for your network. Also check that your network have enabled the service-if you're on T-mobile just try to send a photo message and if your sim is not enabled the network will do it within 24/48hrs.

  • The Virgin settings are'nt in the phone so visit the Nokia website.Once GPRS/Packet Data is enabled it should always work.
