Current telephone line with BT and service provider Homecall (Cauldwell Communications) - offering 1 MB broadband for £12.99 month - has anyone used this? Is it a good deal???

Homecall is cheap -has appalling customer service.They are ok till you have a problem.They have been taken over on 25th by another company,pipex.Do some searching to see other reviews of them.0
