Things slowly moving. Buyers waiting for exchange/completion dates from Thames Valley. Been 2 weeks already and no news. Guess case officers on holiday and whole process grinds to a halt. lol. At least an end is almost in sight. My patience was and has been well tested. I guess mine will go through roughly 8 days after yours LouB06.0

Good to hear LouB06 and lellow lorry - let's hope you get the go ahead to exchange soon. I'm posting this from our new home - hurrah! It took ages, was terribly stressful but we kept the pressure on our buyers and TV and it all went through in the end. Their money didn't come through until 3.30 on completion day which meant we were sat outside our new property with the removal men for 3 hours but the last box went in just after 5 so it all worked out. We used Russells Removals in Andover LouB06 if you need a recommendation - they were brilliant. Hope you guys get your keys and open the bubbly soon.0

We exchanged on Friday! Hoooorah!!!!!!!!!
Now we're just waiting for the apartment to be finished until we can complete... but in the mean time we're gonna go on holiday and then come back to our new home!!!

So pleased that things have finally happened for everyone!
It has all been worthwhile; our house, neighbours, area are all lovely,and all is going well. Mind you, Thames Valley forgot to sort out the direct debit...0 -
