Can i freeze coconut milk?

    I have frozen without any problems that a good stir can't sort out.
  • yep I often do it as a can is too much for the recipe we normally do, Jamie oliver fish thingy so always freeze the other half

    I often freeze it as lollies - I blend it up with some tinned pineapple in juice, some greek yogurt and some fresh lime zest and juice. Really gorgeous lollies.
