T-Mobile
Tk out 18 mth cont last May2008 with C/Phone W/House, the netwk provider being T-Mobile.From start unable to obtain satisfactory signal in home and street where I live and signal elsewhere generally not great. Made repeated complaints to CP Warehouse who said my beef was with provider. Spoke to T-mobile numerouse times (local shop) who kept saying signal criterior for my area was met and could do nothing more.Have written to Customer Serv, (T-Mobile) no. of times pointing out that I am paying for a service which I am not receiving. They havent had decency to contact me in any way. Feeling pretty desperate, would apreciate any advice. thanks
