Have you considered doing your holiday DIY(seperate flight and hotel),sometimes works out cheaper.
If you give me some more details i will check for you.

    Dates and how long for?
How many people? if kids as well what ages?
    What board basis?
    Whats your budget?
    Any particular area in Cyprus?
Any other airports as well as Teeside? Newcastle?

Not sure of your budget, but this is a nice place (don't confuse it with the Ascos Coral Bay Hotel (yuk!) I had the misfortune of staying there, and we walked to the Coral Beach Hotel and had several drinks in the hotel bar and a meal there one night also, it was lovely. There are great reviews.

Coral Bay is close to Paphos, just a bus ride away, it was a few years ago when we went and they were building near by so the surrounding area might also have more amenities.

If you are looking for mad night life, don't go to this place, but if you want a nice place for a family or relaxed couple holiday I am sure this will foot the bill!

Hi, at present just to adults. Trying to spring surprise 18th wedding anniversary for her in-doors. No kids allowed. (lol)

Self-catering will be ok. Budget a free one will be lovely, wishful thinking. Somewhere like limassol. Nice location to spoil her in-doors who needs only the best, after putting up with me after 18 + years.

Prefer teesside but if no good newcastle. Not looking for the mad life but also not too a dead life also.

Somewhere to relax for a whole week. Thanks for all the replys I will look into them all.

    Thank you

We have just come back from there (Coral Beach) FANTASTIC ...Its was our second visit and even though the place is starting to look abit worn now its still very good...Maybe 4*+ now not so much 5*.
We had a Jr Suite because Superbreaks had them for the same price as MV rooms (price mistake me thinks) Saved approx 1200 off the thomsons price doing DIY but still was cheap, £920 for 10 days on HB + flights but when you think we paid over 650 each last time on BB It was a good deal.

Farquarpigimix...If your budget can stretch to it go for the CB you wont be dissapointed and e-mail them for an upgrade to exc wing and pay localy much much cheaper and worth it to have smoke salmon and champers for breakfast while sitting on your balcony watching the waves crash on the beach arhhhhh heaven

upto end of April I think Superbreak still have the JR suite same price as MV
use this link and get extra 10% off too https://www.superbreak.com/home.cfm?company=IM883
last week in April is £711.90 for both on BB + flights.

Counting_Pennies...We were hoping more had been built around it but sorry to say there isnt apart from 1 Irish bar and a new hotel which is still part of the Leptos group its still the same
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel

IMHO Limassol isn't the best place in Cyprus for a holiday - There are hotels in Ayia Napa Napa Mermaid (15 mins walk from centre so well away from clubs and noise) and Napa Plaza (more central) both 3* which are available through expedia and they also have good write ups on holidays uncovered too which should give you a good insight.
Also RUI chain (or RIU? -Cypria Bay and one other sister hotel) in Paphos are great. I think these are 4*, paphos is lovely and so many good restaurants in both Ayia Napa and Paphos.
I hope you have a great holiday and find a good deal.... hope this is of help

Cyprus is actually quite expensive regarding flights.

My friends grandad lives there & they often book a cheap last minute holiday there & just use the flights which can be cheaper than booking a flight alone!!!

We booked a holiday there last year two weeks before leaving at a cost of £655 for 2 adults & 2 childern which was on a 4 start alocation on arrival basis with half board.

Whats wrong with limassol then? I was told it was a nice place? As for booking I think I will try and leave it to the last minute. Had a few prices and the cheapest was £850 for 2 adults ouch. That was self catering.

Thank you for all the replys. Be careful out there.

Farquarpigmix, still looking for a bargain.

    Hi
We have been to Cyprus many times - have friends there and would report on following:
Flights are damned dear,no such thing as Easyjet here yet!
Book a holiday with flights complete can often be cheaper than just flights alone!
Having said that try https://www.easterncyprus.com its a website for people who live there and some people try their damndest to get cheap accom and flights for people - they are a freindly lot on there,
My favourite place is Protarus - near to Paralimni and Agia Napa on the eastern coast, there are many nice hotels on there.
    Hope you get nice hols
